Dear TeamToddTBI,

I only had four good landings this week: “https://drive.google.com/file/d/1w-5MSKnS5nT9vre3IklsrrGCfuqIcYZo/view?usp=sharing” I’ll try harder next week. This paragraph may seem repetitive; but not to me.

My father added TurboTax onto an Amazon order I placed recently. This included the opportunity to download TurboTax – I got the opportunity and NOT my father. This caused some extra work for my father and me.

I continue to try to build a Pi 5 with the software I developed that enables my bike to fly.

I always felt that wearing the brace on my left leg made people around me more comfortable – Todd can not walk like everyone else but at least he is doing something. I started wearing the brace more frequently this week; this led to discomfort in my right hip. So I wore the brace more (the brace shouldn’t cause pain, should it?) ... more right hip pain. So I stopped wearing the brace with the increased frequency.

JMU played in the college football playoffs Saturday evening.

Hello TEAMTODD! I was in Libbyland last weekend and did not add to Todd’s weekly update.

FIRST, I spent Friday to Tuesday in Libbyland. Libby does a Holiday Party celebrating her staff. Libby and I do all the food. This year the party was Monday, Dec. 14. All went VERY well. BUT!!! It was SOOOO cold! I remember the first party, 5 years ago, about the same time in Dec., most people ate out on the patio of the clubhouse, it was that warm…

The guys faired OK during my absence but were happy to see the “cook” on Tuesday.

Todd seems uncomfortable with his leg brace these days. Actually, I think Todd needs physical therapy. We will work on that after the first of the year. Would be GREAT if Tony Matthews from Adventist Rehab could work with Todd BUT that would be moving mountains.. If Todd gets a referral from his PCP, perhaps Todd could get the therapy close to home and he could drive himself. That is another thing, Todd needs to keep up his driving skills. I will keep you posted.

Todd keeps himself VERY busy everyday writing programs for his pi 5. Of course he wants to share his new findings but I am clueless. That is something else, we have to work on after the first of the year. Todd needs to find a “job”, something that will give him a challenge and a reason. Todd is still the genius he was 12 years ago, albeit that genius is only guaranteed 2-3 hours a day. I know you ALL will be praying for Todd and wishing him the best. We count on you…

Libby will be home either tomorrow ( Monday) or Tuesday and the Westley 4 look forward to being together for the next week. Ahhh! Good eats and GREAT company!
